Refund and Returns Policy

At moderncloset.store, we are committed to providing you with the most satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will assist you in the refund and return process according to the terms below.

30-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Product Condition: The product must be intact, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging and labels. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by the user, or have no complete packaging and labels.

Return Process

Step 2: Send the product to the address provided by the customer care team.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm the condition and notify you of whether your return has been accepted or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date we confirm the product is eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., the card has expired or the account has been closed), we will contact you to discuss an alternative refund method.

Refund Notification

Once the refund is complete, we will send you an email confirming the details of the refund transaction. Please review the information in the email and contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding the refund.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Item

We are sorry that your order was damaged. We will do our best to avoid damage. If this happens, you can refuse to accept the item at the delivery point and it will be returned to the driver.

Please take photos of the damaged items if possible. Please contact us and I will attach the photos.
