Order Processing Time and Schedule
Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (EST)
Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)
Delivery Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)
Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost for all orders currently available: $6.99 .
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is about 7- 15 working days. However, delivery times are estimates only and start from the shipping date and not the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
Shipping Services
We use USPS to ship products to addresses within the United States.
However, if you would like to receive your product sooner, please contact us for assistance.
Please note that there will be a charge for expedited shipping.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been packaged and labeled for shipping, a tracking number will be assigned to your package. You will then receive an email with the tracking number, which will be activated when your chosen carrier receives it. You will also receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
Change your shipping options
Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. However, please email [email protected] to see what we can do for you.
Cancel order before delivery
Requests for changes and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when applicable.
You cannot change your order after 24 hours.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise in case of a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered, please submit a claim to the carrier that delivered your package. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have possession of the package and moderncloset is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact [email protected] with your order information and we will do our best to assist you.
